(More customer reviews)I purchased this Generator to power my freezer and fridge in case of a power outage and it showed up 2 days later, undamaged. I have it wired to a transfer switch that will power my whole house. The wattage is split between the two 120 legs, so you cannot pull the true 30 amps from just one 120 circuit. In my case (220) it works fine. Starts on the first pull, which is surprising for such an inexpensive unit. The output voltage was 121vAC on both legs. The frequency was a bit high at 62hz but I'm sure that can be adjusted by slightly lowering the RPM's. The 220 receptacle is a L14-30 and is typical for a 30 amp 220 genset. This genset will do exactly what I need it to do and so far has performed flawlessly.
