Anyway, I bought it to run my computers and monitors off since they run more efficiently on 110v than 220v. I got two 6 volt 200AH deep cycle "Hoppecke" batteries and they supply enough power for around 11 hours running at an average 110 Watts (yes Watts, not volts) with the series-connected battery voltage falling to just under 11 volts. So far I'm very happy with it. The fan makes a low level purring noise but not too noisy. Time will tell whether it's reliable.
